Yihong Yachts (Aquitalia)

Established in 2005 at Longhai, Zhangzhou, and listed on China's NEEQ board (835558) — one of the few builders in this directory whose corporate reporting is public. The company has renamed itself to reflect a wider remit than yachts alone, moving toward waterfront technology equipment as a whole, though the Yihong yacht name remains in use at brand level.

The business runs on two clearly separated lines. Aquitalia (水神) addresses overseas markets with private luxury yachts, oriented toward styling and lifestyle expression — the 68, the 72 catamaran with either yacht or cruise interior configurations, the 78 with a V-shaped hull and integrated smart systems, and the 85 designed by the Italian designer Michele Cadore. Current principal models also include 64 and 95 ft, with a new 46 ft and a 55 ft series planned. The earlier product line ran 36 to 63 ft. Sistela addresses the domestic market with tourism, sightseeing, charter, scenic-area support, water transport and new-energy applications.

The Longhai plant remains in use; on site it was noted that the building's height is among the greater in Fujian province and can accommodate construction up to around 144–150 ft.

The yard's own reading of the new-energy segment is notably cautious: standards and certification for pure electric, lithium and solid-state systems are still evolving both domestically and internationally, and liability boundaries are not fully settled — a view worth weighing against the general enthusiasm around the category.
